We collect the information you choose to submit through our forms. On our contact form this is your full name, email address, subject, and message. On our sign up page this is your full name, email address, and, if you select a text message category, your phone number.

When you check a text message consent box we also record the selected message category, the date and time of consent, the page where consent was given, the version of the consent disclosure shown to you, and your browser user agent. Our hosting provider may also log your IP address.

We use submitted information to respond to written inquiries, to deliver the content and reminders you requested, and to maintain a record of text message consent and opt-out requests.

We do not use your information to generate quotes, applications, referrals, or sales outreach.

Text messages are only sent when you check a consent box for a specific category. The categories are:

• Account Notifications. Varies based on account activity.
• Marketing. Generally up to 4 messages per month.

Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, access, or use of this website. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to end that program. You will receive one confirmation text and no further messages for that program unless you opt in again. Reply HELP to any message to receive the program name, a short description of the messages, and our support email message@multidrivedigest.com.

Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or promotional purposes.

Phone numbers and consent records are used only to operate the MultiDrive Digest SMS Program and are shared only with the messaging service provider that transmits messages on our behalf, strictly for that purpose.

This website may use cookies or similar storage that are necessary for the site to function. If we use an analytics service, it collects aggregate usage information such as pages viewed and general location. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings.

We keep inquiry messages and consent records for as long as needed to operate the site and to document consent and opt-out history, then delete or archive them. You can ask us to delete your information by writing to message@multidrivedigest.com.

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from the applicable program. You can also email message@multidrivedigest.com to ask us to remove your information. After an opt-out we stop future messages for that program and send only the standard opt-out confirmation.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information submitted to this website, including encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, email message@multidrivedigest.com and we will delete it.

Our content may link to outside websites for reference. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review their policies before submitting information to them.

We may update this policy as our website or SMS program changes. The revised version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised policy.
